Recommendations
From reading all the information about Polo Ralph Lauren's company it is easy to see that they are doing very well and are gaining revenue and market share. What I recommend to them would be to continue doing what they are doing, but after doing more research and finishing their SWOT analysis I can think of a few recommendations. I would continue to expand into different international markets. It is well aware that Polo markets premium and luxury products, so a recommendation I have would be for them to do extensive research to figure out which companies and businesses in foreign countries can bring more value to the company. Some companies in other countries would make a great partner for Polo and other developing countries will have a demand for Polo's luxury products. Its four main products, apparel, home, accessories and fragrances are very broad products where the possibility of another global presence would greatly increase returns.
